Rise empowers underrepresented groups through two dynamic channels: 1) our flagship event, the Rise Up Annual Summit, is a nonprofit event funded by our sales that provides resources and legal education to underrepresented groups in Western countries. 2) Our innovative E-commerce platform Rise Market, champions marginalized communities by connecting brands that have been verified for diversity, in luxury fashion, art, and lifestyle, with a vibrant community of design lovers, curators, and the wider public.
As part of our commitment to transparency and accountability, all brands featured on our platform are required to have 25%+ of diverse employment, with people of color in senior leadership. This is essential in maintaining the integrity of our mission.
